Returns & Refund Policy

This policy takes immediate effect upon publication and applies to all retail orders

1. General Provisions

This policy governs all return, exchange and refund services for goods sold on this website. All products are general household daily living and mobility aids, ordinary consumer goods for daily use only, not prescription-controlled equipment or professional clinical supplies.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to fully accept all terms stated below. This policy is effective immediately and applies to all existing and future orders.

2. Eligible Returns

Products that meet all the following requirements can be applied for return or exchange:

  • Return application is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods.
  • The product is kept intact, unused, unwashed and undamaged, without scratches, stains or artificial wear.
  • Original packaging, user manuals, accessories and all attached parts are complete and well-preserved.
  • Goods are delivered incorrectly, missing accessories or have inherent quality problems before use.
  • The product does not match the description displayed on our official page due to our operational errors.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

The following products and circumstances are not supported for return or exchange:

  • Return application submitted after the 14-day valid return period.
  • Products damaged, deformed or soiled due to improper use, incorrect assembly or artificial destruction by customers.
  • Products with missing original packaging, accessories, labels or attached parts, which cannot be resold normally.
  • Normal wear and tear caused by daily use after the product has been formally put into service.
  • Returns applied for personal preference reasons after long-term use of the goods.
  • Goods damaged during return transit due to customers’ improper packaging.

4. Return Application Procedure

  • Contact our customer service to submit a return application and state the specific reason for return.
  • Wait for official approval, then send back the goods in accordance with the designated return address.
  • Provide valid return logistics waybill number to our customer service after dispatching the parcel.
  • We will inspect the returned goods within 2 working days after receipt.

5. Refund Rules & Arrival Time

After we complete inspection and confirm the goods meet return standards, we will arrange the refund process as follows:

  • Refund application will be initiated within 2 working days after the goods are verified and accepted.
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment channel, and the arrival time is 3 to 7 working days counting from the date we initiate the refund.
  • If the refund fails due to invalid payment account information provided by the customer, please update the information and apply for refund again.
  • For partial returns, we will only refund the amount of the returned products accordingly.

6. Return Shipping Fees

  • Free return shipping is provided for the first return or exchange request of each customer account.
  • Shipping costs for the second and subsequent returns or exchanges will be assessed and determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • All logistics expenses caused by unreasonable repeated returns shall be borne by the customer.
  • For returns due to our quality or delivery errors, we will cover all related shipping fees.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We shall not be held responsible for the following circumstances:

  • Return failure or related losses caused by customers failing to submit applications within the valid period or not following official return procedures.
  • Product damage, loss or extra costs arising from customers’ improper packaging during return delivery.
  • Delay of fund arrival caused by the processing rules of the original payment channel, which is beyond our control.
  • Refund failures caused by customers providing incorrect or expired payment account information.
  • Claims for returns and refunds that do not comply with the non-returnable clauses stipulated in this policy.

8. Policy Revision & Validity

We reserve the right to adjust and update the content of this returns and refund policy according to business operation needs. The revised terms will be published on this page and take effect immediately after update.

All orders placed after the update shall be subject to the latest version of the policy, and no separate individual notification will be sent for routine adjustments.
