SOLD AS A PAIR. This short size fits adults from 4’2″ to 5’5″. Forearm crutch sizing is based on handle height, not body height. To check fit: stand in your usual shoes and measure from the floor to your hip. That measurement should be between 23.5″ and 33.5″. The handle adjusts across 11 positions within this range. If you are 5’3″ or taller, consider the tall size.

Includes contoured left and right ergonomic hand grips angled to keep your wrist in a natural position, reducing nerve strain and wrist “kinking” common with traditional crutches during long recovery periods. Two forearm cuff sizes are included in every box: standard and large. The semi-closed cuff design provides more arm support while still allowing easy entry and comfortable hands-free use.

The lower-post spring absorbs the shock of each step and returns energy to reduce shoulder, elbow, and wrist fatigue. The spring has a firm, controlled feel and is quieter than traditional spring-loaded crutches. Most users adjust quickly and find it dramatically reduces fatigue compared to a rigid forearm crutch.

Articulating crutch tips pivot to maintain full contact with the ground regardless of angle, providing confident footing on most surfaces and uneven outdoor terrain. Unlike fixed rubber tips that tilt and slip, these maintain 75–100% surface contact at all times. Works with the spring system to reduce jarring impact during all-day use.
